Use of Artwork

I retain all rights to use any artwork that has been commissioned as examples to promote my work, including on this web site, and social media. Use of any of my artwork for commercial purposes requires permission, payment and artistic credit as K.Jane Studio when used.

Any artwork is protected from misappropriation, misuse and unauthorized use by copyright law and intellectual property right laws and treaties.

Shipping

Artwork is shipped USPS priority with tracking unless other requested. Contact me for shipping outside the U.S. All custom and duties fees are the responsiblilty of the recipient.

Refunds

Custom Art is non-refundable.

I gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

I don't accept returns or exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

If the item is damaged during shipment please contact me immediately. Printed items will be replaced and damaged original art will be repaired..

Custom Art is non-refundable. Please email me with any wishes and expectations about the art work I create for you. After payment is received you'll receive a photo of your preliminary pencil sketch to approve, and to let you know I've started your custom artwork. I am happy to address any concerns at this point. You'll receive a photo of your completed Watercolor at which time minor adjustments can be made.
